Return & Exchange Policy

At ZENOR, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be in unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

  • If you have any issue with size or color, we offer an exchange within the same style.
    You can request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • If you ordered multiple products in one order, you can exchange just the specific item you’re not happy with.
  • Exchanges are possible only once per order. Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
  • Once an exchange process is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed

Returns & Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that Cash Handling Charges collected for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or canceled.

Important Notes

Returns are only available for products damaged during delivery. We do comprehensive checks before sending the products and try that they do not reach you damaged.

Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect items if returned in the required condition. 

If the product fails to meet return criteria, it may be sent back to the customer.

Please note that to be eligible for a return due to damage or error, the image, video and return request should be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

• Contact our customer support team at support@zenorwear.com  or dm us with your order details and the reason for the exchange or refund.
• For defective items, please include clear photos of the issue for quicker processing.

If approved we'll provide a replacement for the damaged or exchanged product within 5 days (we'll deliver the product within 7 days)
